Who makes duff beer. In the late 1990s the Lion Nathan brewery in Australia produced a beer called Duff Beer. 20th Century Fox brought legal action against the company. The product was ordered to be pulled off store shelves and destroyed even though the beer had no direct relation to the comedy series or any similar colouring or logo design.

21st Century Fox confirmed on Friday that its brewing up a plan to make Duff Beer Homer Simpsons fictional drink of choice into a real and possibly lucrative brand. Critics of the initial news predicted that production of an exclusive Duff Beer for Universal Studios Simpsons theme park would go to a large brewer. They will be surprised to learn that according to these labels a Brewers Association-defined craft brewery Florida Beer Company has the honors.
